ChelScan users can request the permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data. Deletion is free.
If you are signed in on the ChelScan app or website, you can also delete your account instantly from your profile settings.
DATA THAT WILL BE DELETED
- Your ChelScan account and authentication information
- Email address and user profile (display name, region, preferences)
- Linked gamertag and EA ID association
- Recruitment listings and "Available Now" (Teammate Finder) posts
- Private messages and personal message data
- Uploaded screenshots (e.g. gamertag ownership proofs)
- Scan history linked to your account
- Any other personal content directly associated with your account
DATA THAT MAY BE RETAINED
- Limited information required for fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
- Deleted information may temporarily remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being permanently removed.
- Public EA NHL player and club statistics collected by ChelScan are not personally owned by you and are kept in our public rankings, disconnected from your account.
