1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChelScan you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

ChelScan lets users upload World of Chel lobby screenshots and returns publicly available player and club information collected from EA’s Pro Clubs endpoints.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Data comes from third-party sources and OCR that may misread text. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information shown.

4. Service Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the service to harass, dox, or harm other players.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

6. No Automated Abuse or Scraping

You may not use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the service, nor resell, repackage, or bulk-export data returned by it.

7. Intellectual Property

The ChelScan name, UI, and code are owned by us. All EA, NHL, and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for descriptive purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChelScan and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use ChelScan in the last twelve months (which may be zero).

9. Changes to the Service

We may update these Terms or the service itself at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in Quebec, Canada.
